Why Live Scan is the standard for eligible applications

Electronic submission is faster and more reliable than mailing ink cards. Fingerprint quality is verified before submission, reducing the risk of rejection due to poor impressions. For applications where RCMP electronic processing is accepted, Live Scan is the recommended method.
