Frequently Asked Questions

Immigration

Processing times depend on the program, country of residence, and individual circumstances. We provide a realistic timeline after reviewing your specific case.

Yes. A previous refusal does not automatically prevent re-application. However, the refusal reason must be carefully analyzed and addressed before submitting a new application.

No licensed consultant can guarantee approval. What we guarantee is a clear strategy, a properly prepared file, and full compliance with immigration regulations.

There is no one-size-fits-all pathway. Program suitability depends on age, education, work experience, language level, and long-term goals. A structured assessment is the first step.

Yes. Certain convictions may impact eligibility. In some cases, additional legal steps may be required before proceeding.

In most permanent residence programs, eligible family members can be included. The exact rules depend on the specific immigration stream.

The process begins with a professional consultation and eligibility assessment. From there, we outline the appropriate strategy and next steps.

Fingerprinting & Identity Verification

It is an official biometric process used in Canada to confirm identity and conduct certified criminal record checks.

In some cases, IRCC or another authority may require certified fingerprints as part of background verification.

If no criminal record exists, processing is generally faster. If a record is found, additional review time may apply.

You must bring two valid pieces of identification, at least one of which must be government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, PR card, or driver's license). If your fingerprints are being requested by a specific authority, bring the reference letter as well.

No. Fingerprinting is simply an identity verification and screening tool. It does not imply guilt or a criminal history.
